Jupiter Smile Care Dentistry, led by Dr. Christiane Murillo, is a startup dental practice in a bustling shopping district in Jupiter, Florida. Despite the high foot traffic in the area, the practice’s location lacked visibility, making a strong online presence crucial for attracting new patients. Dr. Murillo, like many startup dental practices, initially attempted to manage her marketing efforts by herself, facing significant challenges before realizing she needed professional assistance.

THE CHALLENGE

Website management:

Day One also took over ongoing website management, ensuring regular WordPress updates and continuous technical SEO improvements. 

THE RESULTS

The shift from DIY marketing to a comprehensive digital marketing strategy yielded impressive business results for Jupiter Smile Care Dentistry. Since implementing the new approach, the practice has averaged around 40 new patients per month, a significant improvement from the 5-6 new clients per month that the practice saw before.

  • SEO efforts showed steady progress in her market saturated with dentists, with rankings for key search terms moving up significantly. For example, one important keyword moved from position 26 to 9, another from 29 to 12, and a third from 50 to 22. While SEO is a long-term strategy, these improvements indicated a positive trajectory for the practice’s online visibility.
  • Moreover, the practice’s digital presence grew considerably. The practice’s Google Maps listing has more views every month and steady growth in Google Business Profile interactions.
  • The refined Google Ads campaigns proved much more effective, delivering a strong return on investment and enabling the practice to reduce the Ad spend budget.
  • Social media efforts have increased the practice’s visibility and engagement.
