Boosting Online Visibility and Patient Engagement for Bright Smile Dentistry with SEO and Reputation Management

Bright Smile Dentistry is a Texas-based general dentistry practice that focuses on preventative dental services, cosmetic dentistry, as well as periodontal care.

THE CHALLENGE

Bright Smile Dentistry was facing challenges with its online visibility. Despite being an established practice, with a visible physical presence in the local community in Corpus Christi, Texas, Bright Smile Dentistry didn’t have an online presence. Traditionally, the practice had benefited from strong word of mouth and referrals but wanted to grow further. Practice owner Dr. B. Clay Williamson wanted to invest in digital marketing efforts to grow his business to the next level.

THE APPROACH

Day One Dental Marketing began by addressing Bright Smile Dentistry’s immediate needs with an integrated digital marketing strategy.

Google Ads – Used Google Ads to align with SEO efforts for the same keywords to build an online presence when potential patients are searching for specific treatments.

While the website wasn’t immediately revamped, the Day One team made small but effective changes within the current structure, such as optimizing copy and making technical updates. They also worked with the client to plan for future improvements, including professional photography and videography to elevate their site and Google Business profile. The goal was to create a strong foundation of marketing efforts while preparing for a complete website overhaul once the client was ready.

RESULT

Since implementing the marketing strategy, Bright Smile Dentistry has seen an improvement in its online visibility. The website now appears on the first page of Google, rather than the fourth or 5th. Their SEO rankings have moved significantly, with key keywords such as “dentist corpus christi” moving from 38th to 8th position in the search results and “periodontist Corpus Christi” improving from the 100th position to the 8th. While the website is still in the process of being upgraded, the early adjustments have had a measurable impact, positioning the practice for continued growth. The practice is now better equipped to attract new patients and engage with their existing ones through an improved online presence.

Moving forward, Bright Smile Dentistry plans to finalize the website overhaul, incorporating high-quality visuals that will be used across both the website and social media.
