THE CHALLENGE
In early 2022 Dr. Adam Gregor acquired a practice in Batavia, NY, with a solid foundation but lacking in marketing efforts. Despite being an existing practice rather than a startup, the practice had no digital footprint beyond a basic website. Dr. Gregor, introduced to Day One through a mutual connection at a Dental Nachos event, was looking for support to relieve the burden of marketing. With a vision to focus on patient care and practice growth, Dr. Gregor entrusted Day One to spearhead the marketing efforts, which he was feeling overwhelmed by.
Day One initiated a comprehensive digital marketing strategy including reviews, social media, and SEO. Beginning in September 2022, the strategy prioritized organic growth on social media, with a focus on establishing a strong presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, Day One created a system for patient reviews for Dr Gregor’s practice, gradually improving the practice’s online reputation. At the same time, SEO efforts aimed to enhance the practice’s visibility in local search results, laying the groundwork for future growth.
